What is called technical indicators? How it is different from other analysis?

Technical Indicators : Are calculations based on Price, volume.

 

Other Analysis : Are based on previous data Demand & Supply.

Technical indicators are ready made analysis which uses algorithms to help understand the price movement.  Whereas price patterns uses price and volume to do the analysis with the help of charts. Indicators  are to used to support and confirm your decision made with the help of price patterns but you should not make a decision only based on the indicators.
