1/ Primary Market: where company do the advertisement and approach public to invest the money and share the profit.
2/ Secondary market: As a investor i have invested the money in particular company and to book the profit i need to exchange my share where secondary market comes in picture.

BSE: Bombay stock exchange
NSE: National stock exchange
