Dow theory is using to analyse the market trend but we cant identify the entry and exit point in this concept. Line chart should be used along with 2 years of data and with daily duration. As per Dow theory, we should spot the tops & bottoms first and qualify it as Higher Top, Higher Bottom, Lower Top & Lower Bottom. Higher bottom to Higher top is bullish trend and the lower top to lower bottom is a bearish trend.
