Dow theory is the basic technical analysis , Basically Curve charts are used with 2 years span to analyse through dow theory. Duration will be around one month to two and based on the trends Higher bottom and higher top with volume rise, and vice versa.When the trend is HB-HT, long position is created after the previous top point price with rise in volume and the stop loss should be previous bottom so that take profit is opposite like stop loss. Same way in LT-LB trend, Short position is created after the previous lower point price with rise in volume.It is time taken like around a month or two, It is not applicable for short term analysis. But it has the high probability of success with low risk.
