Different between bonus and dividend?
Bonus is not given inform of cash, rather it is given in stocks to the shareholder. This helps the company to retain the cash into the company.
Dividend is nothing but the portion of cash distributed back to shareholder by dividing the number of outstanding shares. Here the cash outflow is expected from the company
Bonus is Stock Dividend
Dividend is Cash Dividend
