Promoter- someone who promotes the company and asks people to invest (not necessarily an owner)
Director- CEO,MD: someone who runs the business
Primary market- transaction between company and people; the first time a company decides to sell its shares (IPOs); happens at face value
Secondary market- transaction between buyers and sellers (people only); deals with second hand stock; happens at share price
