Candle stick analysis

The daily candlestick line contains the market’s open, high, low and close of a specific day. Now this is where the system takes on a whole new look: the candlestick has a wide part, which is called the “real body”. This real body represents the range between the open and close of that day’s trading.Doji candlesticks look like a cross, inverted cross or plus sign. Alone, doji are neutral patterns that are also featured in a number of important patterns. A doji candlestick forms when a security’s open and close are virtually equal for the given time period and generally signals a reversal pattern for technical analysts. The hanging man and the hammer are both candlestick patterns that indicate trend reversal. The only difference between the two is the nature of the trend in which they appear. If the pattern appears in a chart with an upward trend indicating a bearish reversal, it is called the hanging man. If it appears in a downward trend indicating a bullish reversal, it is a hammer.
