Stock market is an exchange where shares are issued, bought and sold. Primary Market:
IPO happens thorough primary market. Bonds and stocks are sold to the public for the first time.
Secondary Market:
Stock markets are secondary markets. It is a place where securities are traded by the investors.Face value is a denomination.
Profit made by the company that is divided and shared to the people is dividend.
Bonus is company’s accumulated earnings which are not given out in the form of dividends, but are converted into free shares.
Split is when company divides its existing shares into multiple shares.
