A stock market is a place where buyers and sellers meet to trade their company’s shares. If we expect the price of the shares to go high we can buy the shares, and if we expect the price of the shares to go down we can sell the shares(even without having it in our own account). Fundamental analysis is studying in depth of the company and making decision. Technical analysis is study about the market the behaviour and make decisions based on price and volume which are transparent to everybody.
