stock market is place to buy and sell shares
a company after get approval form sebi can go for ipo and get share from public
we can buy share after a company advertise it ipo
the one who buy share become a part owner of the company
the all the share holders have to select on director to run it
the director has the power to take all the decisions
the share holder cant ask to refund instead he can sell his share to another

    Hi sir,
    This will be the appropriate answer for the question How come NSE become popular than BSE?:
    When people used to trade in bse there will be only option to buy and sell stocks. But nse introduced varieties in trading i.e. futures and options, so people moved to nse from bse and thus nse become popular
