BASF India Limited Bullish Engulfing 30th April 2019

Bullish Engulfing candle stick pattern can be seen in BASF India stock with high volume. Prior to this the stock was in downtrend.

In our practice videos it has been mentioned as, for bullish engulfing the top tail should be minimum.

Is it optional or mandatory. If any one is sure please clarify.

  The bullish body should cover the previous days bearish body.
