When a company decides to raise to capital from public they can go to primary market, if they met all criteria set out by SEBI. Then their shares traded in secondary market ( Exchange) where buyers and sellers can trade on many shares that are available for trading.As a trader you should have some technical knowledge about shares, market and trading terms. Such as NSE,BSE and buy/sell orders.Trading terms like Long and short , long unwinding, short selling and Intraday and positional trading.
