share market also like other market and its needs for fundraising, nowadays it reflects our national Economy, in share market we can buy and sell shares, in regular market we can buy any both are having certain rules and regulations .SEBI is created by Indian government for investors security and it will regulate the stock market and The market place for new shares is called primary market.
The place where formerly issued securities are traded is known as Secondary Market. the share holder have no rights to ask refund or dividend, but the share holder can sell the share whenever he wants.Trading stocks involves frequently buying and selling stocks ,Investing is to gradually build wealth, through long term holdings.because NSE introduced the derivative market(Future and Options) in 2001 which made NSE to be popular, which got introduced in BSE only after few years.
