Nifty is calculated based on price movemen of Top shares in NSE. Initial Public Offering offered by a registered Private & public ltd company. We have to fill the application and hold the cash in trading account and if alloted randomly the amount may be debited. People Who purchase IPO are Primary market. Whereas who trade the Bought IPO are secondary market. Director is the Chief of the firm. Promoter is the Major partners of the firm. Share holders are minor share holders of the firm. A regulator of Stock exchange that monitor and solve if any issue arise from Company listd and the stock exchange.
