Gap is formed after a Non trending area with high volume at break out

TREND- BULLISH

Mam, How can you enter into trade at 433 without knowing there will be a gap next day.? And I doubt, whether we could mark positions during an area gap.

@Eqsis, Sir can I call this gap as an exhaustion gap? And shouldn’t the gap be marked from open price to open price?

Mam, exhaustion gap is not visible in eod chart, only if u follow the daily charts. Area gap is appeared after a non-trending zone between that area gap is formed, i accept my risk reward ratio is not favourable.
